Shipping policy

We do not accept cancellations once an order is placed. However, if we do choose to issue a partial refund, it will be at the sole discretion of the shop owners based on how much time has already been spent and material that has been purchased on an order. A cancellation fee of no less than 30% will be charged.

Please note we will ship these railings/panels in the most cost effective and safest way to our customers.

Shipments will also be insured to protect our customers and us from any kind of losses or damage during shipment. Buyers will be responsible for shipment back to Seller in case of any damage. We will evaluate damage claims on a case by case basis at our sole discretion.

Please report any damage to item(s) shipped within 7 days of receipt. Please keep all packaging and take as many photos of the damage to help us assess the cause of damage.

Please note that we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Mexico due to some restrictions we have. We only ship to the lower 48 States. All orders from these areas will be cancelled and refunded in full.

Large Orders / Special Cases

Large orders may need to be freighted. For these cases, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs and as well as all applicable insurance.
