Information On Shipping & Expedited Processing
• All railings and panels are shipped via UPS Ground to ensure secure and cost-effective delivery.
• We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Mexico unless prior arrangements are made with us in writing. Additional shipping or freight charges will apply.
• Please note: Delivery dates are estimates only and may vary based on fabrication and powder coating/ painting schedules.
• Need it faster? Rush processing is available starting at $200 and must be arranged through a custom order. Final costs and availability will depend on the number of panels in your order.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
We will notify you of your shipment. Once your order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the buyer. FabriPlas Metal is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after confirmed delivery.
We strongly recommend tracking your shipment and ensuring someone is available to receive it at the time of delivery.
Returns
As a small, made to order business, each item we make is custom-crafted with care—not mass-produced. Because of this, our return policy differs from large retailers like Amazon. We do no accept returns.
• All returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee (only if approved by us)
• Custom-made items are non-returnable.
• Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order.
• Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery, and return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
• Items returned without prior approval will not be refunded.
Please only place an order if you’re confident in your purchase—we truly appreciate your understanding and support of small businesses.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us right away so we can help find a solution. Carrier will be responsible for any damage that occurred during shipping.
• Be sure to keep all original packaging and shipping labels — these are often required by the carrier to process a damage claim.
• If packaging or labels have been discarded, we’ll still assist you in filing a claim, but please
note: the carrier may deny it without the necessary materials, and in that case, we cannot guarantee a refund.
Installation Advice And Working With Local Contractors
Please note that we do not provide installation advice as we are not on site. You will need to engage a local contractor for that purpose. All custom orders will come with a CAD drawing close to production date for customers to sign and approve. This will serve as the final agreement between seller and buyer on dimensions, sizing, color and other specifications. No changes can be made once production has started and any changes or associated cost will be borne by the customer. Please consult a local contractor to make sure your sizing is correct and have them verify details on it before production. We will not be responsible for mistakes made on sizing, post production. It is the customer's responsibility to check county codes.
Custom and personalized orders
Custom sized and oversized panels do not qualify for free shipping, only our standard panels displayed on our shop front has free shipping.
