Information on Shipping & Expedited Processing

  • All railings and panels are shipped via UPS Ground to ensure secure and cost-effective delivery.
  • We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Mexico.
  • Please note: Delivery dates are estimates only and may vary based on fabrication and powder coating schedules.
  • Need it faster? Rush processing is available starting at $200 and must be arranged through a custom order. Final costs and availability will depend on the number of panels in your order.

Cancellation Policies
As a small, made-to-order business, we do not accept cancellations once production has begun, as staff time, materials, and labor are invested immediately to create your item. Please only place an order if you’re confident in your purchase—we truly appreciate your understanding of the hand-made process as a small business.  If a cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing the order, we can review it on a case-by-case basis.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
Once your order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the buyer. FabriPlas Metal is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after confirmed delivery.

We strongly recommend tracking your shipment and ensuring someone is available to receive it at the time of delivery.

Returns
As a small, made to order business, each item we make is custom-crafted with care—not mass-produced. Because of this, our return policy differs from large retailers.

Due to the handmade, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not typically accept returns. In rare cases involving circumstances outside of the customer’s control, we may consider a return or replacement. All requests will be reviewed individually. There will be a 50% re-stoking fee in those cases. This is due to cost already incurred for material and labor. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us right away so we can help find a solution. Carrier will be responsible for any damage that occurred during shipping.

  • Be sure to keep all original packaging and shipping labels — these are often required by the carrier to process a damage claim.
  • If packaging or labels have been discarded, you will need to contact the carrier in filing a claim, but please note: the carrier may deny it without the necessary materials, and in that case, we cannot guarantee that they will refund you. We are not responsible for any refund ourselves.


Installation Advice and Working With Local Contractors
Please note that we do not provide installation advice as we are not on site. You will need to engage a local contractor for that purpose. All custom orders will come with a CAD drawing close to production date for customers to sign and approve. This will serve as the final agreement between seller and buyer on dimensions, sizing, color and other specifications. No changes can be made once production has started and any changes or associated cost will be borne by the customer. Please consult a local contractor to make sure your sizing is correct and have them verify details on it before production. We will not be responsible for mistakes made on sizing, post production. It is the customer's responsibility to check county codes.

Custom and personalized orders
Custom sized and oversized panels do not qualify for free shipping, only our standard panels displayed on our shop front has free shipping.
