Shipping & Expedited Processing
- All railings and panels are shipped via UPS Ground to ensure secure and cost-effective delivery.
- We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Mexico.
- Please note: Delivery dates are estimates only and may vary based on fabrication and powder coating schedules.
- Need it faster? Rush processing is available starting at $200 and must be arranged through a custom order. Final costs and availability will depend on the number of panels in your order.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
Once your order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the buyer. FabriPlas Metal is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after confirmed delivery.
We strongly recommend tracking your shipment and ensuring someone is available to receive it at the time of delivery.
Returns
As a small, made to order business, each item we make is custom-crafted with care—not mass-produced. Because of this, our return policy differs from large retailers.
- All returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
- Custom-made items are non-returnable.
- Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery, and return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
- Items returned without prior approval will not be refunded.

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us right away so we can help find a solution. Carrier will be responsible for any damage that occurred during shipping.
- Be sure to keep all original packaging and shipping labels — these are often required by the carrier to process a damage claim.
- If packaging or labels have been discarded, we’ll still assist you in filing a claim, but please note: the carrier may deny it without the necessary materials, and in that case, we cannot guarantee a refund.
