Our primary objective is for our customers to get the best rates on shipping. Our e-commerce platform ensures that customers are given discounted rates that have been agreed upon for this service.
Our orders will be attended to in the order they come in. Each order will be assigned to a graphic designer who will work on custom text and other graphic requirements. These designs must be CNC machine friendly for precise cuts to be made per order specifications.
Shipping Time Frame
Products may take between 6-8 weeks to ship. This time is needed to cut, sand, prime, paint/powder coat and finally put on 2 layers of clear coat for the ultimate protection of your metal product to last outdoors. For holiday gifting seasons, please take this into consideration as it could take longer.
We currently only ship domestic within the United States. International shipping may be possible in the future, so please keep up to date with our website. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska and New Mexico unless special arrangements have been made and we have agreed to this prior to ordering.
Order confirmations and tracking numbers will be emailed to customers, so they may keep track of their shipment. We only use the following carriers at the moment:
Shipping rates are based on weight of goods and destination shipped to. Customers will be able to view their shipping costs during the checkout process, which will be itemized.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Shipping cost will not be refunded in any given situation. Custom made products are not eligible to be returned. Please see return policy document.
Product cancellations will only be allowed within 24 hours of purchase as some of these orders are worked on immediately as soon as orders arrive. Cancellations on custom products will not be allowed if work has started on it. Company will have to exercise their discretion in these matters.
