Shipping, Cancellations & Return Policy

We do not accept any returns, exchanges or cancellations on these products as these are custom made items. If you have any issues with shipping damage, please keep all your packaging, take photos and be in touch with us within 48 hours. Any return shipping is to be covered by the customer. Conditions for Returns

We do not accept returns for customized or handmade items from our store. Most of these items are made to your specs and cannot be resold.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
