Our turnaround is currently 3-4 weeks for small metal decor items. Larger items such as metal panels and gates, may take between 6-8 weeks to produce, just because we pay a lot of attention to details and ensuring our strict manufacturing guidelines are followed for a perfect end result. Customers will be provided with a graphic JPG file to view their custom products. Approvals must be received in a timely manner, so there are no production delays, so it may be shipped as planned. If we do not hear back from customer, we will typically reach out again but will proceed with production 72 hours after our email requesting for a graphic approval is sent. There is also graphic designing time involved, programming, cutting, sanding, painting or powder coating depending on the specs of the product. Depending on the complexity of the products, some may take extra time to create.

Products must also meet our standards or quality to be shipped out and our CEO inspects them personally before they are shipped in boxes or crates.

If you are a local customer, you may arrange to pick up the signs from our shop.

We understand that this can be frustrating but unfortunately we cannot control the external circumstances of the shipping process and will not be held responsible.

Rushed Shipping or Production

If the item arrives damaged, please contact us IMMEDIATELY in order for us to file a claim with the shipping service and ship out a replacement to you as soon as possible. Please retain the damaged contents and packaging in case further inspection may be required by the shipping provider.

NON-Personalized Items:
We will accommodate returns if you contact us within 3 days of receiving your package and ship back to us within 14 days of delivery. Please keep in mind that the item(s) must be unused and undamaged and that you are responsible for the cost related to return shipping.
